The application for a change of use of 10 Moorland Road (The Old Busy Fingers Shop) has been approved on appeal. It will now change to a local estate agent’s second office on Moorland Road.Cllr Will Sandry said: “I am disappointed with this decision by the planning inspectorate. Moorland Road must remain predominantly a shopping street. A second office for an estate agent already on the street is an unwelcome addition to Moorland Road.”
